According to latest news reports, China now not only boasts of the largest population, but also the highest number of Internet Users. The China Network Information Centre has revealed the number of Internet users in China is around 221million. However, although this figure is now greater than the number of Internet users in U.S, the ratio of Internet users to the total population is still lower than the global average.
